How do I track my order?

How long does it normally take to receive my refund or store credit?
Refunds or store credits normally take between 5 to 10 business days after we receive your returned items. All items returned without a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, can delay your refund or credit by as much as 4 weeks.
What is the difference between compliance and clinical data?
Compliance data monitors the patients usage. Clinical data monitors the patients breathing rate, snoring index, apnea and hypopnea index, average pressure used, and breathing trends.
